How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

We require 2-3 working days to make your order after we receive your payment and photos/artwork.  
Your order will then be sent out to you using the 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail postal service you select at checkout.

Our opening hours are:
Mon – Thurs: 10am – 6pm 
Fri: 11am – 2pm
Sat & Sun: Closed
Bank Holidays: Closed

What's the minimum number of products I can buy?

Please see below for the minimum quantities you can buy for each of our products:

Magnets: Minimum order = 5
Badges: Minimum order = 5
Bottle Openers: Minimum order = 1
Pocket Mirrors: Minimum order = 1

Can I order more than 100 products?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us (www.twobhappy.co.uk/contact-us)within 24 hours after making your payment and sending us your photos/artwork.

After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Can I return my order?

If you incur any problems with your order please contact us (www.twobhappy.co.uk/contact-us)within 2 days from receiving your order so that we can resolve any issue.

As all of our products are personalised to your specifications they are non-refundable, unless they are faulty
