We require 2-3 working days to make your order after we receive your payment and photos/artwork.
Your order will then be sent out to you using the 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail postal service you select at checkout.

Yes, that's totally not a problem. Please email us at hello@twobhappy.co.uk to discuss your requirements and turn around time for the order.
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours after making your payment and sending us your photos/artwork.
After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order.
If you incur any problems with your order please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order so that we can resolve any issue.
As all of our products are personalised to your specifications they are non-refundable, unless they are faulty

• File Type To Use Preferably JPEG but we can also accept TIFF’s • For the best printing results please ensure that each photo you send us is of the best quality possible.
• Any photos that you send us will be cropped to suit the circular shape of the product. When cropping we’ll focus on the people or main subject in each photo unless otherwise specified by you.
• Copyright Photos that you send us must be your own, or that you have permission to use them. • Colours - Colour or black & white images can be used - The colours shown on the photos you send us may vary slightly to what’s on the finished product as colours can look different once printed.

• Quality of Artwork: For the best printing results please ensure that any artwork you send us is of the best quality possible. A high resolution file of 300dpi is ideal. While smaller files can be used, the print quality will be noticeably reduced.
• Design Tips For The Best Printing Results - Bold images, as fine lines and small details won't print clearly - Contrasting colours (eg.dark text on a light background or vice versa) - Bold and simple fonts - Avoid clutter - less is more - Focus on brand recognition over detailed info
