terms & conditions

Everyone hates the small print but sadly it’s necessary, so please read our terms and conditions thoroughly. We are always happy to help so if you do have any questions please contact us at hello@twobhappy.co.uk or on 07809 907675 before placing an order.

PLACING AN ORDER

  • Once an order is placed through our online shop, we require you to send us your photos or artwork and order number via email to hello@twobhappy.co.uk (photos can be sent via an email attatchment, zip folder or by using a website called WeTransfer)

  • When you place an order with us, you’re giving us the ok to crop your photos if needed to make sure they fit the circular shape of the product. When cropping we’ll focus on the people or main subject in each photo unless otherwise specified by you.

  • We'll let you know via email that we have received your order, payment and photos/artwork.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order once the job has commenced there maybe additional charges that you will need to pay to fulfill your order. We will notify you of any extra costs before any new changes take place.

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL PHOTOS

  • We will only use your photos in accordance with making the order you have specified and paid for.

  • Your photos will be permanently deleted from our system once we know that your order has arrived safely.

  • We won't share your photos with anyone else or on social media unless we get permission from you first.

  • By placing an order via our online shop you understand and agree to how we handle your photos.

ORDER TURN AROUND TIMES

  • We require 2-3 working days to make your order after we receive your payment and photos/artwork.  We will notify you if there is likely to be a delay

 

POSTAGE

  • Our products are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, depending on which you choose at checkout. We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.

  • If you require your item sooner please contact us on hello@twobhappy.co.uk

  • Delivery via Royal Mail may take longer at busy times, such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. This is beyond our control but please be aware of this when placing an order.

 

HAVING THE CORRECT INFORMATION

  • Please ensure that you double check that you have entered your postal address correctly, including your postcode.  We cannot accept responsibility if the item has been sent to the wrong address due to an error made by yourself.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged as they will have been specifically made to your requirements and therefore cannot be re-sold.

  • If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time the item maybe in production and cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.

  • If there is a circumstance where our workmanship or quality of materials is in question we will replace any faulty item at our expense.

 

PRODUCT CARE

  • Our products are not intended as toys and so they need to be kept out of the reach children. We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused if you choose to ignore this warning.

 

PRODUCT COLOURS

  • Please be advised that due to differences on your computer, laptop, mobile or tablet screen the colour of your item may vary slightly in real life.

PRIVACY

  • By placing an order with Two B Happy you acknowledge and agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with the terms of our  privacy policy which is subject to change from time to time.
