postage & returns
We require 2-3 working days to make your order after we receive your payment and photos/artwork.
Our opening hours are:
Mon – Thurs: 10am – 6pm • Fri: 11am – 2pm • Sat & Sun: Closed • Bank Holidays: Closed
You can choose from 1st or 2nd class tracked postage at checkout. We use Royal Mail tracked so that there is a bit more peace of mind that your order will arrive safely.
We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.
We only post to addresses within the UK but if you would like any of our products sent further afield please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery via Royal Mail may take longer at busy times such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. This is beyond our control but please be aware of this when placing an order.
If you incur any problems with your order please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order so that we can resolve any issue.
As all of our products are personalised to your specifications they are non-refundable, unless they are faulty.
