• Badges come in 2 different sizes: 38mm (1.5 in) or 59 mm (2.3in) 
 
​• All artwork is printed using a professional printer onto photographic paper. They are then pressed together with clear plastic film and a badge backing in a metal casing.

• File Types To Use: You can upload JPG or TIF to our website.
If your artwork is in a different format, such as PNG, PSD or Vector (AI, EPS) please email us the image instead and we'll process the order for you.
 
• Quality of Artwork:
For the best printing results please ensure that any artwork you send us is of the best quality possible. A high resolution file of 300dpi is ideal. While smaller files can be used, the print quality will be noticeably reduced.
 
• Design Tips For The Best Printing Results
- Use bold images and fonts as fine lines and small details won't print too clearly
- Use contrasting colours (eg.dark text on a light background or vice versa)
- Avoid clutter - less is more
- Focus on brand recognition over detailed info
 
Please ensure any artwork that you send us will suit the circular shape of the badge. 
 
• Colours:
The colours shown on the artwork you send us may vary slightly to what’s on the finished product as colours can look different/darker once printed.
 
Ordering Process
• Upload your artwork and our software will crop it into a circular shape.
 
• Move or resize the circle to choose the exact area of the artwork you want.
 
• This cropped image will be printed onto your badge.
